Situated about 4 miles north of San Pedro town, the home has a private pier extending into the ocean that allows for easy fishing, watching the sunrise, relaxing or taking the island ferry into town for shopping and night life or further north up the island to great restaurants and quaint bars. The Villa sits in the middle of 5 private homes faces directly onto the ocean and is surrounded by lush tropical plants and flowers which add to the privacy and serenity of the location.
